What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made exclusively with natural and certified organic ingredients: beeswax, coconut wax and soy wax, combined with natural fragrance oils. No synthetic chemicals, no paraffin.
How long does a Núan candle burn?
Each candle has a burn time of approx. 60 hours. With the candle warmer lamp you extend the life of your candle even further.
What is a candle warmer lamp and how does it work?
The candle warmer lamp heats the candle gently from above, with no open flame. The wax melts slowly and releases the scent more evenly and for longer than burning it normally.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all Núan products are completely cruelty-free.
How do I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to approx. 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) before each use. On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way across to ensure an even burn. Store the candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
When will my order ship?
Your order is processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your country and are shown at checkout. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Can I return my candle?
Unused candles can be returned within 14 days. Once a candle has been lit or warmed under a candle warmer lamp, it can no longer be returned for hygiene reasons.
How is the candle packaged?
Every candle comes in a recyclable kraft paper box: sustainable, stylish and reusable.
Can I order a candle as a gift?
Yes! You can add a gift bag at checkout if you like.
What is the shelf life?
The shelf life is 3 years. Please store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
