1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to the following address without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to § 18 (1) no. 5 FAGG (Austria) and § 312g (2) no. 3 BGB (Germany), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
For our scented candles, the right of withdrawal therefore expires in the following cases:
- The candle has been lit
- The candle has been warmed under a candle warmer lamp
- The original shape of the wax has been changed
- The candle has been used in a way that rules out resale for hygiene reasons
In these cases, the product cannot be taken back, as it can no longer be put on the market after use.
