1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the Núan online store (www.nuan-organics.com). They apply to deliveries to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

2. Conclusion of contract

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country. Shipping costs, and any applicable taxes and duties, are shown separately during checkout.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and Klarna where available. Payment is due when the order is placed.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery times and shipping costs are shown during checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exclusions:

For scented candles, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the candle:

  • has been lit
  • has been warmed under a candle warmer lamp
  • no longer has the original shape of the wax

In these cases, returns are excluded for hygiene reasons, as the candle can no longer be resold after use. This corresponds to the provisions of the Austrian FAGG and § 312g BGB (Germany).

Untouched and unused candles can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, please contact info@nuan-organics.com.

8. Privacy

Information on how we process your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy on our website.

9. Dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final provisions

The law of the Republic of Austria applies. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence also apply.
